The goose meat in the pot


Products for: 500 grams of goose meat with bones, 2 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 200 ml of broth, 75 g sour cream, salt, black pepper, parsley, 50 ml of vegetable oil.
Preparation: To prepare the goose meat in the pot wash goose meat, cut into portions, rub with salt and pepper and fry in vegetable oil. Potatoes and onions clean, wash and chop large pieces. Fry the onions in vegetable oil. Fold in the pot of goose meat, potatoes and fried onions. Pour contents of pot broth, add chopped tomato slices and sour cream. Bake in oven until ready within 30 - 40 minutes.
To the table goose meat in the pot Serve with fresh greens.
