Recipe : Cake with sturgeon


Products for : 600 g flour, 500 ml of milk, 5 eggs, 20 g yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar, 500 grams of sturgeon, 1 onion, 1 lemon, 1 bunch dill, salt, allspice, 50 g butter.
Preparation : To prepare the pie dough to cook sturgeon oparnym way of flour, yeast, milk, sugar and eggs. Others boil the eggs for the filling, brush. Sturgeon for the cake wash and cut into pieces. Prepared fish boil in a small amount of salted water, add the fennel and allspice.
