Squid salad with apples


Ingredients: 300 g squid, 1 apple, 1 head of lettuce, 1 onion, juice of half a lemon, 0,5 pomegranate 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, 1 pinch of sugar.

Preparation: For cooking calamari salad with apple butter whisk in vinegar and sugar. Chop the onion rings, pour the marinade and leave for 1 hour. Boil the salted squid and boil for 4 minutes.
