Recipe for Pork and vegetables


Ingredients: 4 schnitzel of pork, salt, black pepper, 700 grams of potatoes, 2 tablespoons mustard 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, 500 grams cherry tomatoes, 1 bunch green onions, 1 bunch of cilantro, 2 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Preparation: The pork meat with vegetables, wash with cold water, dry and repel salt and pepper. Wash the potatoes, brush and rub on a coarse grater. Potatoes lightly with salt and squeeze the juice. On the one hand potashes meat and mustard on top of each steak Put the potato mixture, smooth, and hold.
In a frying pan with Teflon-coated well, heat the vegetable oil. Put steaks in pan and fry the potatoes down for 5 minutes. Then flip the meat and bring to completion (over a medium heat for another 4 minutes).
Wash fresh vegetables. Tomatoes cut in half. Green onions cut into rings, coarsely chop the cilantro. Garlic is clean, cut circles, and connect with cilantro, the remaining vegetable oil and lemon juice. Tomatoes combine with green onions and season with green sauce of coriander and garlic. Salad with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a plate lay out the pork with potatoes and a salad of tomatoes and greens.
