Eat regularly and slowly to lose weight

It is important to understand what happens when you skip a meal or follow diets to lose weight quickly. 

By skipping a meal is automatically slows the metabolism to conserve energy. 

And when you lose weight too quickly, the span of a few days (aggressive diets), the body thinks it is in danger of starvation, then goes into survival mode and uses all means to conserve fat reserves you have, and at this point any weight loss comes mostly from water and muscle, not fat. 

Eat slowly and often to lose weight
Never skip a meal, especially breakfast, to the contrary should eat sandwiches "healthy" between meals.
