Tomato Salad and Fresh Cheese

Ingredients: 
* 2 large tomatoes ball 
* 125 gr. panela cheese 

In preparation: 
1 .- Wash the tomatoes well. 
2 .- Pártelo slices on a platter and acomódalas. 
Cut into strips 3 .- panela cheese and decorate the platter with them. 
4 .- Add the vinaigrette you like. 

Properties of the Tomato: 
The Tomato is a source of vitamin C and E and beta carotene and potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, calcium, sulfur and iron is good for the liver and obesity. 

Panela Properties: 
Panela cheese provides protein and high calcium consumption lowers the risk of developing osteoporosis, as some research has shown that consuming large amounts of calcium during childhood and adolescence helps to avoid problems with the skeletal system. It is also said that consumption of cheese after a meal, reduces tooth decay caused by sweet foods as much as 50%.
