SHANK OFF salted, boiled

Ingredients: 
1,4-1,6 kg drumsticks, salad, 200 g of vegetables without cabbage. 
Preparation: 
Shank, if necessary, singe, clean, rinse thoroughly, put into the gas station (see previous recipe - "Leg of pork, boiled, salted"). Remove from the filling, peel of spices, rinse, fill with boiling water and cook over low heat until cooked. If soup is too salty, cast part, and add boiling water. When meat is almost soft, put peeled, washed vegetables and cook until done. Strain, put a whole piece on a hot dish. 
Serve very hot with the pea puree, horseradish and vinegar. Also, are prepared neck, ribs, head salted (slice and serve with the same accompaniments as the shank).
