Ingredients:
For 1 serving - 120 g meat, 1 pc. beet, 10 g butter, 40 g sour cream, 5 g of flour, 3 g of green.
Preparation:
Boil the meat until half, pour the broth. Beet slice, pour a small amount of acidified with vinegar water and simmer until cooked. Then the meat and beets into the pan, pour cream sauce, add the liquid, the remainder in fire beets, and simmer until done.
Serve with chopped greens.
