Ingredients:
- 4 medium beets
- 4 medium-sized turnip
- 6 medium carrots
- 40 g butter
- 4 Art. l. honey
- Cut vegetables rectangular small bars of 5 cm with a small sharp knife blade carefully cut the corners that turned out "kegs". Prepared vegetables lower in the water.
- Boil the vegetables separately (water should just cover them in a pot), adding a third vessel in each of butter and honey, season with salt.
- Boil, stirring the liquid in one direction. Cook over high heat until the liquid evaporates and vegetables are tender and will be covered with icing. Lay on a heated serving platter and serve.
