Steak in a creamy mushroom sauce

Ingredients:
  1. 4 steaks
  2. 25 g butter
  3. 175 g sliced mushrooms plates
  4. 1 shallot
  5. 300 ml dry white wine or broth
  6. 240 ml double cream
  7. 1-2 tbsp. l. chopped green
Preparation:
  • Pozhar'te 4 steaks in the pan. Remove from pan and keep warm. Melt in the juice left over from frying meat and butter.
  • Fry mushrooms with chopped onion shallots until golden brown. Pour 300 ml dry white wine or broth. Uvaria sauce by half.
  • Add the cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 1-2 minutes. Season with, and add more greens. Serve with prepared meat.
