Ingredients:
- 4 steaks
- 25 g butter
- 175 g sliced mushrooms plates
- 1 shallot
- 300 ml dry white wine or broth
- 240 ml double cream
- 1-2 tbsp. l. chopped green
- Pozhar'te 4 steaks in the pan. Remove from pan and keep warm. Melt in the juice left over from frying meat and butter.
- Fry mushrooms with chopped onion shallots until golden brown. Pour 300 ml dry white wine or broth. Uvaria sauce by half.
- Add the cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 1-2 minutes. Season with, and add more greens. Serve with prepared meat.
