Ingredients:
- vegetable oil for greasing
- 225 g wholemeal flour
- 2 teasp. baking
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 / 2 tsp. mustard
- 50 g butter, diced
- 100 g shredded cheese on a grater
- 25 g chopped walnuts
- 150 ml milk
- 1 egg (beat)
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Brush butter form to bread with a capacity of 500 ml, vystelite baking paper, smeared with butter.
- Mix flour, baking powder, mustard and salt. Then add pieces of butter and pound mixture into small crumbs. Enter cheese and nuts. Mixed with milk and eggs and knead a soft dough.
- Transfer the dough into shape, smooth and make a small hole in the center, bake for 40-45 minutes. Until the loaf is not browned (check the readiness of a wooden stick).
- Leave the loaf in the form of a few minutes, then flip the bread onto rack. Remove the paper. Cut the slices of warm bread and serve.
