Cookies white chocolate with cranberries

Ingredients:
  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg (beat)
  • 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams of flour (sifted)
  • 1 tsp. baking
  • 100 g white chocolate chopped into small pieces
  • 50 g dried cranberries

Preparation:
  1. Beat-hot oil and sugar. Add egg and vanilla sugar.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, chocolate and cranberries, stir, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons cold water and knead until a uniform mass.
  3. Spoon dough into pan to spread, leaving plenty of space. Cookies will rise during baking.
  4. Bake at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Store in tightly closed box no more than two days.
