- 125 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 egg (beat)
- 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
- 150 grams of flour (sifted)
- 1 tsp. baking
- 100 g white chocolate chopped into small pieces
- 50 g dried cranberries
Preparation:
- Beat-hot oil and sugar. Add egg and vanilla sugar.
- Add the flour, baking powder, chocolate and cranberries, stir, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons cold water and knead until a uniform mass.
- Spoon dough into pan to spread, leaving plenty of space. Cookies will rise during baking.
- Bake at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Store in tightly closed box no more than two days.
