Ingredients:
2 x 200 g cans of canned tuna in oil (oil fuse)
2 x 400 g cans white beans, pour the liquid)
6 ripe tomatoes (clean, remove seeds and chop the flesh)
55 g diced anchovies (if desired)
1 tbsp. l. fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp. l. chopped fresh basil (if desired)
6 tablespoons. l. oil
1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
small lettuce feeding
55 g cheese
Preparation:
Transfer the fish in a bowl and broke it into pieces. Rinse the beans under cold running water. Add the tuna with tomatoes, anchovies, parsley and basil. Season with and mix thoroughly.
Separately, beat the butter with the lemon juice and spices. Pour the salad and gently mix.
Before serving, Lay lettuce leaves on 6 plates, top-Lay snacks. Garnish with thin slices of cheese, cutting off his knife for cleaning vegetables.
Tips:
If the anchovies were too salty, soak them for 30 minutes. before using a small amount of milk. Drain off liquid and dry fillets with paper towel.
