- 4 ripe peaches
- Juice and chopped zest of 1 lemon
- 80 g crispy biscuits (large crumble)
- 55 g blanched and roasted almonds (chopped)
- 40 g light brown sugar (if available)
- 55 g butter, diced
- 1 yolk
- 2 teasp. clear honey
- 4 Art. l. thick unsweetened yogurt or sour cream when applying
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Cut off from the base of each half of the thin piece that they are sustainable. Dip each peach half in lemon juice and lay in the heat-resistant form.
- Put the biscuits in a bowl. Add the almonds, sugar, lemon zest and butter. Toss in a lot of small homogeneous crumb. Add the egg yolk and mix again.
- Arrange the mixture on a crisp peach halves and press gently. Bake 15 minutes. Until the filling is not browned. Pour half honey. Serve with yogurt or sour cream.
"Fast" version of dessert: put in each half slice of peach butter, sprinkle with lemon juice and pour 1 / 2 tbsp. l. honey. Bake until the honey begins to bubble.
