Sushi sandwich

Ingredients:
  1. 2.5 cups of cooked glutinous rice
  2. 2 tbsp. l. water
  3. 2 tbsp. l. white wine vinegar
  4. 1 tbsp. l. sugar
  5. 2 sheets nori
  6. 8 slices salted
  7. salmon 1 cucumber


Preparation:
  • Stir in water with vinegar and sugar. Pour in the rice and mix thoroughly. Wash cucumber and cut into fine strips.
  • Place on mat sheets of nori. Divide between the prepared rice. Tightly squeeze hands.
  • On one sheet on top of rice to put slices of salmon and chopped cucumber. Cover with second sheet. Cut the sheets into 4 squares, then diagonally into triangles.
