Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups of cooked glutinous rice
- 2 tbsp. l. water
- 2 tbsp. l. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l. sugar
- 2 sheets nori
- 8 slices salted
- salmon 1 cucumber
- Stir in water with vinegar and sugar. Pour in the rice and mix thoroughly. Wash cucumber and cut into fine strips.
- Place on mat sheets of nori. Divide between the prepared rice. Tightly squeeze hands.
- On one sheet on top of rice to put slices of salmon and chopped cucumber. Cover with second sheet. Cut the sheets into 4 squares, then diagonally into triangles.
