Recipe for salad with prawns and pineapple


Products for:150 g peeled shrimp, 0,5 pineapple, half of iceberg lettuce, 50 g of walnut kernels, 1 clove garlic, 100 grams of feta cheese, basil and lemon peel for decoration, salt for the sauce - 2 yolk, 70 ml of olive oil, juice and grated zest of half an orange, juice of half a lemon, 20 ml of brandy, black pepper. 
Preparation: To prepare the salad with prawns and pineapple whip the egg yolks, olive oil, gradually adding the orange and lemon juice, orange zest, brandy, black pepper and whisk again.
Pineapple Peel, pulp salad cut into small pieces. Leaves of iceberg lettuce cut into strips. Garlic for salad chopped. Feta cheese salad dice. Shrimp salad boil in salted water.
All the ingredients for the salad, connect, add nuts, pour sauce and mix. Salad garnish with basil leaves and strips of lemon zest. (At your discretion when cooking the sauce you can not use the yolks).
Put the salad in individual kremanki and serve.
