Pork baked with mushrooms


Products for: 700 g pork fillet, 150 g cheese, 500 grams mushrooms, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 egg, 5 tablespoons of bread crumbs, oil for frying, salt, pepper, 1 cucumber, 1 red Bulgarian pepper. 
Preparation: To prepare the pork, baked with mushrooms, fillet cut into large portions across the fibers repel.
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, add 7 tablespoons of water. Each piece of meat dip in egg mixture, place on each other and leave for 10 minutes.
Champignons wash, cut into thin plates and fry in vegetable oil.
Zapaniruyte meat in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
To prepare filling combine mayonnaise and ketchup. Cheese is rubbed on a fine grater.
Put the meat in a baking dish, arrange mushrooms on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with dressing.
Form the meat put in a preheated 180 degrees oven. Meat bakes in the oven for 15 minutes.
