Winter Soup : Cream of Broccoli

Coarsely Chop a large onion and fry in a pan with a little olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and mix. Disassemble florets 2 heads broccoli, stems cut in slices and put everything in a saucepan. Pouring 10 cups of chicken broth or water (in this case you need to add a few chicken wings) and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 25 minutes or until broccoli mitigation. If you put wings, then skim, and when ready take out their ground in a blender until smooth and add 0.5 cups of cream. Cook another 2 minutes on low heat and serve.
