Borsch polish

Products for borscht Polish: 2 liters of water, 4 dried mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 carrot, swede 0,5, 2 stalks of onions - Leek, 3 potatoes, 8 pieces of beets 6 tablespoons butter, 0.5 cups of beet juice, 1 cup sour cream, bay leaf, parsley and dill, and salt. 

To prepare the Polish borscht wash mushrooms, soaked for 2 hours in cold water, the infusion of strain and boil it until cooked mushrooms, chop mushrooms. Vegetables (except beets) boil and wipe. Boil beets, cut them, connect with broth from mushrooms and vegetables, add the bay leaf and boil. Add the soup chopped greens, beet juice, butter, and sour cream, salt and bring to a boil. 

Drinks Serve borscht with sour cream.
