Souffle with carrots and apples

Ingredients: 2 carrots - 2 apples, half a glass of milk, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon semolina, 3 tbsp butter, 1 tablespoon sugar. 

To make an easy fruit and vegetable dessert - souffle with carrots and apples, with a prescription to cut carrots into small pieces and simmer in milk until cooked. Apples with peel and carrots pass through a meat grinder (as an option - blender). Then combine with semolina, sugar and raw egg yolk, add the melted butter and whipped protein. All this Stir lightly, lay in a mold greased with butter, and steamed to bring to the ready (you can simply in the oven). Souffle Serve with butter.
