Rolls with minced meat in a test

Ingredients:
For the dough: 3 cups flour, 1 egg, 2 / 3 cup water, 0.5 tsp salt
For the filling: 250g pork, 250g beef 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, salt, vegetable oil for frying For filling: 1 onion, 2 bell peppers, 200g sour cream 2 tomatoes, herbs, 200g cream, 150g of cheese.
