Pancakes with pumpkin


Products for:  400 g wheat flour, 500 ml of sour milk or yogurt, 4 eggs, 300 g pumpkin, sugar, salt, vegetable oil.
Preparation: To prepare the pancakes with pumpkin peel and rub on a coarse grater. Milk for pancakes combine with eggs, salt, flour, mix well. Add pumpkin and mix well again.
Heat a frying pan and, occasionally lubricating it with oil, bake cakes.
Ready Serve pancakes with sour cream or jam, honey.
