Pancakes c mushrooms and spinach


Products for:  For dough - 500 - 600 g wheat flour, 1 liter of milk, 2 eggs, salt for the filling - 450 g frozen spinach, 2 cans of mushrooms, mayonnaise, ground black pepper, salt, for frying - vegetable oil, sour cream.
Preparation: To prepare the pancakes with mushrooms and spinach, sift the flour, pour in the milk, add eggs, salt and stir well to avoid lumps. Dough in a bowl cover with a towel and leave for 15 - 20 minutes.
Preparation: To prepare the stuffing spinach and chop mushrooms, add salt and pepper, cover with mayonnaise and cook until done.
Heat a frying pan and, occasionally lubricating it with oil, bake pancakes. For each pancake Put the stuffing and wrap envelope. Heat the crepes in a pan and serve with sour cream.
