Stuffed Potatoes – Delicious recipes with vegetables and minced

Products for stuffed potatoes : 8 potatoes, 400 gm of minced meat, 60 ml of olive oil, 400 ml of broth, 100 gm of tomato paste, 1 onion, 1chili pepper, 250 gm of canned corn and beans and salt.
To prepare the potato stuffed potato wash, dry and rub with salt. Each potato, wrap in foil and bake in a heated 200 degree oven for 60 minutes.
In a deep frying pan fry in oil, minced meat for 10 minutes. Bow clean, remove from the chili seeds. Onion and peppers finely chop and add to stuffing. Minced with salt, add tomato paste, pour in broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Corn and bean flip out in a colander and add to meat, simmer for 5 minutes.
Baked potatoes remove from oven, cut in half teaspoon select a portion of the pulp, add the pulp to the meat with vegetables. At last fill cooked potatoes with minced meat, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
