Christmas Healthy Wellness Snack


Good work today! Everybody works and runs well.But I was out of power all day! Oh no.There are things you think.In such a case, please enjoy the healthy power charge snacks introduced here.

Cinnamon powder: improves blood circulation. antioxidant effect.
Rolled oats: plenty of minerals and calcium. Intestinal cholesterol absorption and zinc.
Quinoa: Rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
Yogurt: Balances the bacteria in the intestines and exerts power in all prevention.
Sugar beet: Contains plenty of minerals and serves as food for good bacteria when good bacteria in the intestine grow.
Prune (raw fruit): β-carotene. The sourness helps to recover from fatigue.

Healthy wellness snack (power bar)

material

2 fresh prunes (slice to about 3mm width, excluding seeds)
4 tablespoons beet sugar

1 cup of flour (with 220ml cup)
Roll Oats 1/2 cup
2 tablespoons quinoa
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon yogurt
Edible baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

70g unsalted butter

15cm x 15cm square mold (increase material if larger mold)

Preparation

Add the flour, roll oats, quinoa, cinnamon and salt to the bowl and mix well. (A)
Prunes should be mixed lightly with 1 tablespoon of sugar beet sugar (from the amount). (B)
Add unsalted butter and 3 tablespoons of sugar to the bowl and dissolve. (C)
Preheat oven at 200 degrees.
Apply the butter remaining on the skin of the ball with melted butter on the mold.
How to make
Add C butter to A and mix with yogurt.
Add baking soda to 1 bowl and add lemon over baking soda.
Baking soda will quickly foam, so mix well so that it can quickly spread throughout.
Put half of the dough into a square and use the bottom of the spoon to stretch it flat.
When the surface of the dough in the mold becomes flat, spread the prunes flat on it.
Spread the other half of the dough flat on the prunes.
Put the mold in the middle of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
When it is completely cooled, cut into 12 equal parts from the baked portion.
