Pork in lemon sauce


Ingredients: 1 kg of pork, 6 cloves garlic, juice and grated zest of 1 lemon, 6 tablespoons vegetable oil, rosemary, thyme, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 onions, 300 ml of broth, 1 kg of tomatoes, 600 g zucchini, 125 g olives.
Preparation: To prepare the pork in lemon sauce, garlic and chopped brush. Garlic connects with zest and lemon juice, oil, rosemary and thyme.
