Spicy roast beef and vegetables

Ingredients:
600 g beef 
40 g green peas 
10 g of parsley 
1 cup vegetable oil 
4 potato tuber 
2 onions 
2 carrots 
1 clove garlic 
laurel 
adjika 
black pepper 
salt
Preparation: 
 Cut the beef a la carte pieces (2 per serving), peel and cut into cubes potatoes, onions cut into rings, carrots - diced. Fry separately in butter vegetables and meat. Stew meat in a pot in the oven for half an hour; add green peas, vegetables, spices, simmer until cooked. Submit an acute roast beef and vegetables in a pot, sprinkled with chopped herbs and crushed garlic.
