Roast "in the Urals" in the pot

Ingredients:
600 g beef pulp 
250 g dumpling dough 
100 g green peas 
15 g of parsley 
2 cups of broth 
4 potato tuber 
2 onions 
1 carrot 
2 tablespoons ghee 
Black pepper 
Salt
Preparation: 
 Cut the beef slices and fry in butter, put in pots. Dice carrots and potatoes, add them to the meat. Onion rings, chop, spasserovat in butter, put in pots. On top sprinkle parsley, green peas, mushrooms and pour over all the broth, pepper and salt. Dumpling dough thinly rolls out and slapped them to the necks of pots. Top oil egg yolk. Simmer roast in the Urals in the pot for 30-40 minutes, until cooked.
