Cod with sour cream and tomatoes

Ingredients: 150 g cod fillet, 150 grams of sliced potatoes, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper. 

Preparation: To prepare the cod with sour cream and tomatoes in a bowl, place the potatoes, add 2 tablespoons of water, oil, salt and boil, cover, with full power of 8 - 10 minutes until potatoes are tender. The pieces of fish salt pepper and put on potatoes. Sprinkle chopped onion. Tomato cut into slices and place on fish. Bake at full power for 6 - 8 minutes, until fish is ready. 

To the table cod with sour cream and tomatoes serve with fresh vegetables and herbs.
