Special stuffed pork chops


Products for: 8 thin pork chops, 250 g of bread crumbs, 180 g of grated apples, 3 tablespoons of raisins, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, pepper, a pinch of sage, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 20g brown beef gravy.
Preparation: To prepare the pork chops stuffed connect crackers, apples, raisins, salt, sugar, onion, pepper, sage and melted butter. All mix thoroughly. If the mixture turns dry, add some hot water. Put 4 chops on bottom of pan. Divide stuffing into 4 pieces and place the stuffing in the middle of each chop. Cover the stuffing with four more chops, well connected by edges. Sprinkle chops gravy. Bake pork chops in a preheated oven for 20 minutes until tender.
