Baby Food-Orange Souffle

Products for:
1 orange
50 g sugar
200 g of milk
butter
Wheat flour
1 egg
salt
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a pan (30 g), put a little flour (about 1 tablespoon) and warmed by the fire, without boiling. Dilute a little milk, add the grated zest of an orange, salt, sugar, and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat; add egg yolk, stir and cool. Then carefully add protein, whipped into solid foam, and orange juice pre-squeezed from oranges. Put mixture into baking dish, pre-oiled, and put in the oven (150S) for about 20 minutes.
