400 ml milk
3 eggs
150 g caster sugar
1 tbsp potato starch
Preparation:
Boil milk. At the same time beat the whites into fluffy thick foam, and gently mix with powdered sugar (100 g). Lumps of whipped proteins gently drop a tablespoon of very hot (not boiling) milk, so they do not touch each other. Close the pan with a lid and let boil snow to make them "strong." Then put them on a towel (cloth). Rub the yolks with remaining sugar, add the potato starch, gradually dilute the milk, which were boiled snowballs, put on fire, and stir to boil. Pour thickened mixture into a bowl, put snowballs and cool. In the milk left over after cooking snowballs, you can add grated chocolate or cocoa.
