200 g apples
butter
50 ml milk
100 g stale white bread
50 g sugar
1 egg
50 g of apricot jam (jam), and salt.
Preparation:
Apples are cleaned of seeds and core, cut into cubes, sprinkle with sugar (half rate), add warm water (2-3 tablespoons) and boil with the butter until soft. Beat a raw egg with the remaining sugar and dilute with cold milk. From stale bread crusts cut off, the crumb slice, soak them in milk-egg mixture, and overlaid their sides and bottom of the refractory shapes, lubricated. Mid-lined bread forms to fill apple mass, the top cover with slices of bread and bake in oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes. Serve with apricot jam.
