Fried catfish with rice

Fried catfish ... juicy, greasy, delicious! At best garnish Served with white rice and be sure to make the red gray. The most wonderful dinner! 
Bird catfish 
rice white round 
onion 
carrots 
tomato paste 
salt 
flour 


Carcase wash, cut into portions, season with salt, roll in flour and pozharte over medium heat. Meanwhile, clean the onions and carrots. Onion cut into thin lengthwise slices, fry, add carrots, then put a spoonful of tomato paste and add a cup of boiling water - boil for some time all together. Finished sauce, pour the fish and let boil for some time within 10 minutes. Fish is ready! 

Boil rice in salted water, put a handful of rice on a plate and a portion of fish, pour the sauce! Bon Appetit!
