How to keep eggs

The best way of preserving eggs is to place them in a cool place, preferably in the refrigerator because that might spoil. 

Try to keep the eggs covered by that absorb odors easily and lose their moisture. 

If stored in the special compartment of your refrigerator, designed for better preservation, place them with the narrowest downwards to keep the yolk in the center.
