The meat is very difficult to manage if frozen in portions too large, it is almost complete thawing necessary to allow its use.
Before freezing, season the meat and usually but not put salt (added when cooking), as oxidation occurs by preventing the freezing water that has meat in it.
Divide the meat into portions of appropriate size for hamburgers to each other and separate them with sheets of waxed paper.
Then wrap in pieces of aluminum foil and place in freezer.
When using, take the rest you need and leave them in your freezer.
