Ingredients: Baked fish: 600 g fillet, 600 g of beet, 2 parsley root, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 100 ml of apple juice, salt, black pepper, 50 ml of apple cider vinegar, 2 stalk of green onion, 4 cm of the root of horseradish, 2 tablespoons of butter, 4 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Preparation: To prepare beets, baked fish, parsley, apple, pear and onion cut into cubes. Look spasseruyte in oil, add the cooked vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes. Then pour in apple juice, salt, pepper and simmer vegetables for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with vinegar.
