Cakes with mushrooms



Products for pies with mushrooms: for test - 60 g butter, 250 ml milk, 2 tablespoons sugar 1 pinch salt 30 g fresh yeast 400 g flour, vegetable oil for baking, for the filling - 300 g mushrooms, 1 onion , 2 boiled eggs, herbs, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
To prepare the pie with mushrooms, warm the milk, add butter, sugar, salt and yeast, mix well.  Add flour and knead the dough, place dough in a warm place for 2 hours.  When the dough is suitable, Punch it and let go again.
Prepare the filling for pies.  To do this, boil the mushrooms, fold in a colander and chop finely.  Onions clean, chop and fry in vegetable oil, add mushrooms, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.  Eggs and green chop, add to mushrooms and onions.
Formulated patties stuffed, place on a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil.  Patties bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until done.
