Recipes meat dishes - Meat and offal


Ingredients: 600 g mutton, six potato, 4 onions, 1 cup of beans or peas 2 tomatoes, 1 eggplant, 1 bunch parsley, 1 bunch celery, salt, black pepper, parsley or cilantro.
Preparation: The lamb with vegetables, lamb, wash, cut into small pieces, add to the pot for roasting, along with rings of onion, slices of raw potato, eggplant, green beans.
